Most franchisees launch between September 2025 and March 2026, after completing initial training. The timeline depends on your background and territory setup.
Investment Structure That Makes Sense
Initial Setup
Covers franchise rights, initial training program, and setup of core systems. You'll also receive branded materials and access to our client management platform.
Working Capital
Budget for operational expenses during your first months. Most franchisees need around six months of operating funds while building their client base.
Ongoing Support
Monthly fees cover continued access to systems, marketing support, compliance updates, and quarterly business reviews with your territory manager.
Your First Year Timeline
Months 1-2: Foundation Training
Eight weeks of intensive training covering our advisory methods, client systems, and compliance requirements. Mix of online modules and in-person sessions at our Melbourne office.
Months 3-4: Territory Launch
Set up your office space, finalize local marketing, and begin client outreach. Your territory manager works closely with you during this phase to ensure smooth operations.
Months 5-8: Client Building
Focus shifts to growing your client base. Weekly check-ins help you refine your approach and address challenges as they come up.
Months 9-12: Stabilization
By this point, most franchisees have established regular client rhythms and are working toward sustainable operations. Quarterly reviews help plan for year two.
Territory Selection Process
We currently have opportunities in regional Victoria, South Australia, and select Queensland markets. Territory selection depends on market analysis, existing franchise coverage, and your location preferences.
Each territory has defined boundaries and demographic research to help you understand the market you'll be serving. We don't oversaturate areas—your territory gets protected once you launch.

Training That Prepares You Properly
We don't believe in throwing franchisees into the deep end. The training program covers technical skills, client management, and business operations—all the things you'll need once you're running independently.
Comprehensive Curriculum
Financial planning fundamentals, client acquisition strategies, compliance requirements, and business management systems. You'll learn our proprietary client assessment methods and how to use our planning software effectively.
Training runs from August through October 2025 for our next cohort. After initial training, you get quarterly refreshers and access to ongoing professional development resources.
